Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as opened food, hygiene products, or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items, subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
